At present, its main production equipments and inspecting equipments kept ahead in the same industry at home.

Main Production Equipments
Crushing — 14 sets of 50-ton big dry rollers with an annual crushing capacity of 250000 tons, 11 φ1500×5700 ball millers, 195 sets of de-ironing separators, 10 sets of automatic dosing line, 55φ1500×400 muller mixers and necessary pulse dust collectors.

Pressing — eight 500-ton friction press, 85 300-ton friction presses, 178 drying tunnel kilns ( 1.2m×1.7m×24.5m ).

Burning — 6 sets of 180m tunnel kilns, 80down draft kilns (250m³ ～ 320m³), 30 gas generators, more than 45000 m2 storehouse for finished products.

Inspection — The testing equipments of the company are the most advanced ones among the refractory producer enterprises in China. They offer precise testing results. Except routine testing machines, there are also HMOR tester, X-ray fluorescence multielement analyzer, X-ray diffraction analyzer, atomic-absorption spectrophotometer and test machine for abrasive-resistance testing with characteristics of high speed analyzing, high automatic degree and high precision. These equipments have made the products quality under control from macro to micro through the whole process.

Science and technology is the first productivity. Productivity decides relations of production. Without advanced productivity, the harmonious relation of production is impossible. Naturally, it is impossible to produce high quality products.
